Before starting my training with Kristy Lee, I wouldn’t say that I was completely out of shape, but I needed direction to help me break through my complacency, support to bring me through the tougher times, and motivation to keep me moving towards my goals of achieving a higher level of fitness that would improve my everyday life – I found all those things by having Kristy Lee as my personal trainer. Over the course of six months, we went from her just keeping me accountable to head to the gym a few times a week to her preaching the importance of rest to me when I got so motivated that I found myself in the gym at 6:30AM seven days a week (and loving every second of it!). And through the roller coaster, Kristy Lee has been there to help me find balance, adjust to my ever changing goals, while still challenging me to be better every week.
