Small group training is the perfect solution for the person looking for the benefits of one-on-one personal training, at a fraction of the cost, and the social interaction of working with a team. Small group training consists of groups of 4 to 6 individuals of similar fitness levels or with similar fitness goals. Your small group training sessions will be designed specifically to address your specific needs and goals of the group and/or individuals within the group.
