Having been into fitness for the past 18yrs, I finally decided to take it to another level. I went on-line and googled personal trainers in my area. The one and only Miss Kristy Lee Wilson came up right away and there was no need to look any further. After seeing Kristy’s back ground in fitness and her long list certifications – not to mention that she was at the time a performer at Disney’s cirque du soleil I knew she was the only one I wanted to train me. From the very moment I met Kristy, she was so professional – yet I knew she would be a friend that would that would guide me in the right direction and I would finally reach my goals.
She taught me that I didn’t need to spend hours in the gym. With the right nutrition and focusing on my problems areas I was seeing results almost straight away. When people ask me what my secret is to my weight loss I tell them, “my secret is Kristy Lee!!!” I signed up for her online training program 7 weeks ago and I enjoy every minute of it. She is very flexible, give me great workouts and we keep in touch every day multiply times. Also she has some great work out videos which is easy to follow from home, I don’t have to go to the gym and I can get great work outs still. I also watch what I eat, keep the calories whatever sharecare recommend to me. I made many changes since January to clean my diet but I am not perfect. Kristy is taking care of my strength training and I do cardio every day, run or spinning. I have 1 hour each day which is about me! I am just so happy for the results I see and how I feel. I used to be depressed, anxiety, moody, hot flashes, very bad PMS and now it is all disappeared or just so much easier to handle.

Before starting my training with Kristy Lee, I wouldn’t say that I was completely out of shape, but I needed direction to help me break through my complacency, support to bring me through the tougher times, and motivation to keep me moving towards my goals of achieving a higher level of fitness that would improve my everyday life – I found all those things by having Kristy Lee as my personal trainer. I let her know where I was at: I didn’t eat right. I often got bored. I was great at body weight exercises, but struggled with weights. I hated being in the gym for longer than a half hour. I rarely rest between sets. But that no matter what, I was going to give her 100% effort because she was investing her time in me. She took all of that and began reshaping my outlook and attitude on my fitness. From fixing my diet to transitioning me into new exercises I had never done before, while never straying too far from what I was comfortable with, we started slow, but I was improving fast. And what I love about working out with Kristy Lee is that she’s always there to listen to my feedback and provide me with suggestions, comments, or just an online high five when I go above and beyond what was asked of me. Over the course of six months, we went from her just keeping me accountable to head to the gym a few times a week to her preaching the importance of rest to me when I got so motivated that I found myself in the gym at 6:30AM seven days a week (and loving every second of it!). And through the roller coaster, Kristy Lee has been there to help me find balance, adjust to my ever changing goals, while still challenging me to be better every week.
While most of the changes that anyone will see from the outside are physical, the biggest thing I take out of my personal training with Kristy Lee is the effect she has had on my outlook and accountability for my own fitness. I have learned to embrace and more importantly, practice a lifestyle that keeps me healthy, motivated, and truly excited about not only working out, but how I approach life. I completed my first 100 mile bike ride this year and Kristy Lee was such a vital part of my commitment to training and mental toughness in realizing that I could not only do that, but any other physical activity I put my mind to achieving.
